How To Call Uber For Support

@Uber I'm a driver and when I try to call Uber support it says you guys are closed on the weekend. How can I get a hold of support immediately for damage done to my vehicle. I want to speak to someone

@Uber there is no option to chat or call for service. How can a customer contact support?

@R18Veenz @ShieldVoC @Uber @Uber_Support @dkhos is this How @Uber is run as a company. I have called and left no less than 25 messages for supervisor call backs and all I get is a canned response each time. When I said I want to start arbitration proceedings I am hung up on.

Uber, Airbnb, Doordash, Lyft... all have been losing money fighting for market share. Now they begin the great fee crusade. Call your local business and pick up your food, use a hotel or book direct to the host. Don’t support a failing model that’s how these companies started.

@Uber_Support I don’t understand how every week I qualify for a promotion and Never receive it. I have to call and speak to support (who is 0 help because they aren’t the team that deal with that area) so I’m stuck emailing in the app and waiting weeks for money that I’ve earned.
